AI skills were in high demand but hard to access in a structured, trusted environment. Young professionals were navigating real workplace situations without a clear playbook. Parents wanted a safe, credible place to help their children build future-proof skills.

That gap — between what people are capable of and what they believe is possible — became the foundation of everything we're building at Vings Institute.

Monisha Santhosh Kumar

Co-Founder & CEO

Monisha leads the vision and growth of Vings Institute, with a deep focus on making AI and data skills accessible to students and professionals across Canada. She drives the institute's expansion into AI literacy — helping the next generation confidently step into a world shaped by artificial intelligence.

She wants to make Vings Institute the place that parents trust and students remember as the turning point in their career story.

Santhosh brings the curriculum expertise and technical depth behind Vings Institute's programs. With a background in data analytics, project management, and AI, he designs learning experiences that are practical, employer-aligned, and built for real outcomes — not just credentials.

He believes the biggest gap in education isn't knowledge — it's knowing how to think in real situations. That belief shapes every program he builds.
